Store Policies JOYLAND GIFTS STORE offers the following Returns Policy: We will do everything to ensure you are satisfy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order for a full refund. Returns are accepted only with our authorization. In order to process a return, you must send us an email Mygof@verizon.et the email must contain the following: Order Number # Style # (Description) Reason for return: (In a few words explain the problem in your email)
The return request has to be within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges. Refunds/Store Credit Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order. |
